Shabbat// Weekend Meal Prep For Busy Moms || Sirkanis || Osvo

Sirkanis- rice with chickpea
2 cups rice
1 can chickpeas
1-2 chicken breasts cubed
1 onion diced
1-2 carrots diced
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp salt
1 tbspn chicken consome
Cumin and coriander
Cook covered at 400F for hour and a half mixing 1x after 45 minutes.
In a saucepan sauté 7 crushed garlic with 1/4 cup oil. Pour over rice.
Osvo-lamb and rice overnight stew:
Grate:
1 carrot, 1 apple, 1 onion, and 1 tomato.
Add 1/4 cup of oil to pot and above ingredients. Add 2 cups rice, 1 can tomato sauce, lamb bones and 4 cups of water. Season with 1 tbsp of salt and 1 tbsp chicken consome. Cook for 12 hours on low flame.
Fried flounder:
Dip flounder into flour then egg mixed with paprika, S&p, garlic powder. Fry on both sides.
Roast chicken:
Season 4 chicken thighs with paprika, S&p, garlic powder and oil. Cook uncovered at 400F for an hour and a half.
Tuna salad:
1 can tuna salad
2 cubed hard boiled eggs
Dill, mayo, S&p
I usually also add 2 celery sticks cubed.
Corn hearts of palm salad:
1 can hearts of palm
1 can corn
1/2 red onion diced
1/2 green/red pepper diced
2 crushed garlic
Dill
Avocado oil
1/2 lemon squeezed
S&p
Avocado salad:
2 avocados
Dill
Garlic
Tsp mayo
Lemon juice
