The Theology of Competition Course is one of 6 offered by the AGON Institute of Sports Ministry. It provides a Christo-Centric, Biblically-Based foundation for establishing a Theology of Competition & Sport. This sixth session is an overview of Ancient Jewish perspective of sport; compares Ancient Greek, Roman and Hebrew interactions with Sport and the relevance for modern day Sports Outreach Ministry. It is designed with a goal of equipping Sports, Recreation and Fitness Ministers for Strategically-Relevant and Efficiently-Effective Evangelistic-Disciplemaking.
