The Venetian Resort Las Vegas announced this week that Milano, a 275-suite hotel-within-a-hotel inside The Palazzo, will open in March 2027. The boutique enclave features a dedicated arrival experience, a private concierge team and a exclusive outdoor pool developed in collaboration with Dolce & Gabbana.

Designed by Wimberly Interiors—a global hospitality design firm whose work includes projects in Asia, the Middle East and the U.S.—the new suites start at 720 square feet for the Luxury King and Luxury Queen categories. At the top end, the multi‑room Signature Suites measure up to 8,000 square feet, placing them among the largest accommodations on the Strip.

All Signature Suites feature upgraded amenities, including Nespresso machines, Bose audio systems, Dyson hair care tools and premium bath products. Select suites will also offer in-room Peloton or Tonal fitness equipment, along with dedicated private butler service.
(Note: It’s extremely unlikely that a 720-square-foot accommodation is a “suite” in the traditional sense of containing multiple rooms. In Las Vegas luxury marketing, especially inside a hotel-within-a-hotel, the word “suite” is commonly applied to upgraded single-room inventory. This would match the Palazzo’s standard 720-square-foot Luxury King/Queen rooms, which are branded as “suites” even though they are oversized single rooms with sunken living areas.)
Exclusive Dolce & Gabbana Pool

The Dolce & Gabbana Pool will serve as Milano’s signature gathering space, reserved solely for guests of the new collection and outfitted with custom cabanas, loungers, textiles and décor inspired by the famous fashion house’s motifs.
Milano will also offer a nightly mystery amenity, Milano Moments, described only as “unexpected gestures” that “celebrate craftsmanship, culture, and the art of making guests feel genuinely welcome.”
Patrick Nichols, president and CEO of The Venetian Resort, said in a statement that Milano “reflects our vision for the future of luxury hospitality at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas.”
Part of a broader, multibillion-dollar redevelopment of the Venetian and Palazzo under Apollo Global Management, the properties have recently completed a redesigned casino floor, refreshed convention spaces, and new restaurant concepts as part of a multiyear renovation plan.

Hotel-within-a-hotel concepts have become a dominant trend on the Strip as operators segment properties to capture higher-margin, privacy-focused travelers. Existing examples include Sky Suites at ARIA, Tower Suites at Wynn Las Vegas and Crockfords at Resorts World. These luxury sub-brands typically feature private check-in lounges, dedicated pools and elevated service ratios.
Reservations are not yet open, but more information is available through the resort’s official Milano site.
