Tim Heidecker has announced a new album that he recorded with his Very Good Band. The full-length, Slipping Away, arrives October 18 via Bloodshot. Leading the new album is “Well’s Running Dry,” which comes with a video featuring footage of Heidecker and his bandmates making the song. Watch it below.
Slipping Away follows Heidecker’s 2022 album High School. The members of the Very Good Band on the new album are bassist and vocalist Eliana Athayde, drummer Josh Adams, keyboardist Vic Berger IV, and guitarist and pedal steel player Connor “Catfish” Gallaher. Plus, Heidecker’s daughter, Amelia, contributed to Slipping Away.
Heidecker and his band are playing live shows this summer with Snail Mail, Fenne Lily, Waxahatchee, and Gladie. See all of the tour dates below.
