Back in October, the upcoming Poco Pad M1 got certified, and today it’s been spotted in the Geekbench AI database. This has revealed the fact that it’s powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM. The prototype which ran the benchmark booted Android 15, which means the finalized product may unfortunately do too, even though Android 16 has been out since June.
Now, if you’re wondering what to expect from this tablet regarding the rest of its specs, a tipster on X reiterates the previously rumored fact that it will just be a rebranded Redmi Pad 2 Pro.

That tablet launched in September with the same chipset, a 12.1-inch 1600×2560 LCD screen with 120Hz refresh rate, 128/256GB of storage, an 8MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing camera, and a 12,000 mAh battery with support for 33W wired and 27W reverse wired charging.
It’s unclear when we should expect the Poco Pad M1 to launch, but it seems like the Poco F8 Pro and Poco F8 Ultra might become official within the next few weeks, and so it stands to reason that the tablet would join them. We’ll keep you posted.
