LOKI Concept Art Reveals Ke Huy Quan’s OB Was at One Point a Variant of Owen Wilson’s Mobius — GeekTyrant

Some interesting new concept art has surfaced that was created for Loki Season 2. The art reveals that Ke Huy Quan‘s OB was originally going to be played by Owen Wilson and the character would’ve been a variant of Mobius.

The art was created by Aleksi Briclot, who said: “Concept art for Loki Season 2. Exploring Ourobouros being a variant of Mobius. That’s obviously why I’ve played with [Owen Wilson’s] likeness while altering it with this big red moustache. Mobius from another timeline.”

He added: “TVA orange classic color scheme with some hints of complementary colors…Vintage mechanic style…I had fun with the background trying to reflect the absurd bureaucratic aspect of the TVA offices.”

So, this was basically going to be the direction for OB before Ke Huy Quan’s popularity exploded with the release of Everything Everywhere All at Once. After that came out, Marvel Studios wanted to bring the actor into the MCU and OB was the role that they gave him, which he was great in!

Check out the concept art below and let us know what you think!
